Field of Greens Seasonal Treatments: Early Spring – Fertilize to promote early spring green-up and to stimulate root development. Spring – Fertilize with pre-emergency weed control. Broadleaf weed control as needed. Summer – Slow release fertilizer to maintain turf vigor through tough summer conditions, weed controls. Early Fall – Fertilize to promote recovery from summer stresses. Weed controls applied as needed. Late Fall – Fertilize to promote root development and provide pre-winter nutrients, weed controls as needed.
